I’m an Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietitian and Women’s Health Specialist. I help women optimize their hormonal and digestive health through personalized, compassionate care. I believe that you are the expert of your own body, and my role is to listen deeply, provide evidence-based guidance, and support you in making changes that feel sustainable and realistic. Forget quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans here. Together, we’ll dig into the “why” behind your symptoms and come up with a plan that supports lasting healing.
